Change of mind: full refund within 14 days
If you change your mind, send the piece back within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the full product price to your original payment method.
- The piece must be unworn, free of scratches, and returned in its original packaging, including the care card.
- Return shipping is paid by you. Please use a tracked courier, as we cannot refund parcels that do not arrive.

- We inspect returns within 3 working days of receiving them and then issue the refund. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Defective or wrong item
If your piece arrives defective or you received the wrong item, email support@mooimooijewellery.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We cover shipping both ways and, once the issue is confirmed, send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Sizing
Each piece is made to order, so we cannot offer size exchanges. If the size is not right, return the unworn piece within 14 days for a full refund and re-order in your correct size.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, curation of your piece has begun and the change-of-mind return policy above applies.
