What we can help with

• Ring sizing: send a photo of a ring you already own and we will size you from it, or read the Ring Size Guide.
• Which stone is which: moissanite, cubic zirconia, gold-plated. Everything is named honestly on the listing, and we will explain the difference if you ask.
• Order status and tracking. Every piece is made to order and ships in 2 to 4 weeks; we email the tracking number the moment it is handed to the courier.
• Address changes, as long as the order has not been dispatched.
• Returns, exchanges and anything that arrived wrong. Details on the Return and Exchange page.
