Two ways we make it right

We want you to love what you wear. If a piece doesn't work out, here's how we fix it.


1. Change of mind — full refund within 14 days

If you change your mind, send the piece back within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the full product price.

  • The piece must be unworn, scratch-free, and returned in its original packaging, including the care card.
  • You cover return shipping. Please use any tracked courier — we can't refund items that don't arrive.
  • Send returns to:

  • We inspect the piece within 3 working days of receiving it and issue your refund to the original payment method.
  • Card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. Something's not right — defect or wrong item

If your piece arrives with a defect or you received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email support@mooimooijewellery.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. A short video helps if you have one, but isn't required.
  • We cover 100% of shipping both ways.
  • Once we confirm the issue, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

A note on sizing

Because each piece is made to order, we're unable to offer size exchanges. If the size isn't right, return the unworn piece within 14 days for a full refund — then re-order in your correct size. We'll prioritise the remake so it reaches you as quickly as possible.

A few honest notes

  • We're a made-to-order brand. Each piece takes 2–3 weeks to curate. Thank you for your patience — it's part of what keeps the making slow and considered.
  • Care matters. Every order ships with a care card so you get the longest life out of your piece. Store it sealed and dry, away from the bathroom. Remove before swimming, hot springs, and long soaks.
  • We read every email. Support lives at support@mooimooijewellery.com, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM MYT. Replies usually within 24–48 hours.
