📦 Processing & Dispatch
Each S925 silver piece is made to order and undergoes careful curation. Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks. We will email your tracking number the moment your parcel is handed to the courier.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–3 business days
- East Malaysia: 5–7 business days
- Singapore: 3–6 business days
- Rest of the world: 6–15 business days, tracked
Where do we ship? Worldwide. Tracked shipping rates at checkout: West Malaysia RM 8 · East Malaysia RM 12 · Singapore RM 30 · ASEAN RM 55 · Australia/NZ RM 75 · UK/Europe & rest of world RM 105 · US/Canada RM 145.
Customs & duties: international orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every parcel honestly — materials and true value — which is what keeps customs smooth.
Couriers & tracking: we partner with trusted couriers and send your tracking number straight to your inbox as soon as your order is on the road.
