We've kept shipping simple and transparent so you can focus on the excitement of your new piece arriving at your door.
Processing and dispatch
Each piece is made to order and dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks. We email your tracking number the moment your parcel is handed to the courier.
Shipping rates
- West Malaysia: RM 8
- East Malaysia: RM 12
- Free shipping within Malaysia on orders of RM 250 and above
- Singapore, ASEAN and other countries: tracked shipping, rate calculated and shown at checkout
Delivery time after dispatch
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2 to 3 business days
- East Malaysia: 5 to 7 business days
- Singapore: 3 to 6 business days
- Rest of the world: 6 to 15 business days, tracked
Customs and duties: international orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every parcel honestly, with its real materials and value.
Wrong address? If you haven't received a dispatch email yet, send us your order number and the updated address as soon as possible and we'll do our best to change it. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delays: extreme weather or courier issues are sometimes out of our hands. If there's a significant delay, we'll keep you updated.
