The MOOI MOOI Shipping Guide: From Our Hands to Yours

At MOOI MOOI, we believe the best things are worth the wait! To ensure every piece is as resilient and radiant as the story behind it, we’ve put together this little "road map." By placing an order, you’re officially joining our community (welcome!). We’ve kept things simple and transparent so you can focus on the excitement of your new "sparkling reminder" arriving at your door.

Processing & Delivery

Processing & Dispatch

Each S925 silver piece undergoes careful curation. Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks. We will email your tracking number the moment your parcel is handed to the courier.

How long does delivery take?

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–3 business days.

  • East Malaysia: 5–7 business days.

Where do we ship? Currently, we are focusing all our love on Malaysia. If you’re international, hang tight—we’re working on bringing MOOI MOOI to the rest of the world very soon!

Couriers & Tracking We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your jewelry travels safely. As soon as your order hits the road, we’ll send a tracking number straight to your inbox so you can follow its journey.

Oops, wrong address! Quick! If you haven’t received a dispatch notification yet, send us your order number and the updated address immediately. We’ll do our best to catch it!

 


🌎 International Friends (Coming Soon!)

While we currently ship within Malaysia, here is what to know for the future:

  • Customs & Duties: Your country might ask for a little extra for import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Address Tips: Please double-check your unit numbers and postal codes! We want your package to find you on the first try. (Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes).

  • Delivery Luck: If a delivery is missed, your carrier will leave a note. If a package arrives looking "bruised" or damaged, please take a photo and let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Life Happens: Sometimes things like extreme weather or carrier hiccups are out of our hands. If there’s a significant delay, we promise to keep you in the loop.
