Every MOOI piece is made to order and requires 2 to 4 weeks before it ships. We email your tracking number the moment it is handed to the courier.
We ship worldwide, tracked. Rates at checkout:
- West Malaysia — RM 8
- East Malaysia — RM 12
- Singapore — RM 30
- ASEAN — RM 55
- Australia & New Zealand — RM 75
- UK, Europe & rest of world — RM 105
- United States & Canada — RM 145
International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
Change of mind. Return the unworn piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. You cover return postage (tracked courier, please).
Wrong size? Return the unworn piece within 14 days for a full refund, then re-order in your correct size — we prioritise the remake. Check the Ring Size Guide before ordering; it's the simplest way to get it right the first time.
Faulty or damaged pieces. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We cover shipping both ways and will replace the piece or refund you in full — your choice.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
